Drotaverine
Drotaverine is an antispasmodic drug, structurally related to papaverine. Drotaverine is a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 4, and has no anticholinergic effects. Drotaverine has been shown to possess dose-dependant analgesic effects in animal models. One small study has shown drotaverine to be eliminated mainly non-renally.
MEFENAMIC ACID A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties. MEFENAMIC ACID is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase.

Drotaverine and Mefnamic acid is indicated in the treatment of Stomach pain, Irritable bowel syndrome, Menstrual cramps, Cervical spasm during labour, Chest pain, Gallstones and Pain in renal colic.
3. Side Effects:
Common side effects are dry mouth, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, headache and skin reactions.
