Dextromethorphan shows high affinity binding to several regions of the brain, including the medullary cough center. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body.
Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion
Indications of LETKUF-D
Chlorpheniramine (Anti-histaminic), Dextromethorphan (Anti-tussive) and Phenylephrine (Decongestant). LETKUF-D is used in relief from dry cough, throat irritation, sneezing, watery eyes & stuffed nose due to an allergy or common cold.
Side Effects
