Product Introduction

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It inhibits the cyclo-oxygenase enzyme (COX) involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, causing pain, swelling, inflammation, and fever. Aceclofenac is used orally to relieve pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It belongs to BCS Class II and has high permeability to penetrate synovial joints, causing joint pain and inflammation. It is also effective in dental and gynaecological conditions.

Paracetamol is a prodrug form of paracetamol which is formed from esterification of paracetamol, and the carboxylic acid diethylglycine. This has the advantage of making it.Paracetamol is a common painkiller used to treat aches and pain. It can also be used to reduce a high temperature.

Chlorzoxazone centrally acting central muscle relaxant with sedative properties. It is claimed to inhibit muscle spasm by exerting an effect primarily at the level of the spinal cord and subcortical areas of the brain.

Indication of Acilet-MR

Aceclofenac Indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.   Paracetamol For temporary relief of pain. Chlorzoxazone For the relief of discomfort associated with acute painful musculoskeletal conditions.
