Aceclofenac, Paracetamol & Thiocolchicoside Tablets with the brand name “ACILET-PLUS” are used to treat muscular pain. These tablets are also used for the treatment of certain conditions involving inflammation, pain, and muscle spasms. Aceclofenac Paracetamol Thiocolchicoside Tablet helps to improve muscle movement as well as lessen stiffness in several musculoskeletal and joint disorders. This medication is the combination of three drugs named Aceclofenac 100 MG + Paracetamol 325 MG + Thiocolchicoside 4 MG. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol are analgesics. These block the effect of cyclo-oxygenase (COX, which is a chemical messenger) enzymes that make another chemical, named prostaglandins. These prostaglandins are produced at injury sites, which create pain and swelling. By blocking these COX enzymes’ effect, fewer prostaglandins are produced, which lessens mild to moderate pain as well as inflammation at the damaged or injured site.

The Third drug, Thiocolchicoside, is a muscle relaxant which works on the centres of the spinal cord and brain. This relieves muscle stiffness as well as improves muscle movements. Together, Thiocolchicoside+Aceclofenac+Paracetamol tablets relieve pain owing to muscle spasms.
